    great proximity to filerimos monastery and local parks

    I really enjoyed my stay, especially the easy access to the fine filerimos monastery just a bit over 2 km away, and the peaceful walking paths around the equestrian training center of rhodes , made my city strolls even more good. The staff were hardworking and pleasant but could be a bit more engaging at times.

    great staff but unfinished areas were disappointing

    The staff stood out , particularly Animator Melanie who was cute and engaging with our family. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious seafood spaghetti and tiramisu at the Italian restaurant.

    There were unfinished areas around the pool that were an eyesore.

    There was free Wi-Fi in all rooms and the service in general was very good! There was clean pool as well as the spa lounge. Loved the location in the shop onsite.

    The staff were friendly, the pool areas were amazing, and the variety of food was excellent, especially the italian dining. Relaxing by the beach with those fine views was just what we needed.

    Well-kept and beautifully decorated rooms with walk in shower, free safe to use, as example, lovely pool area. Location - peaceful, right by Italian and Asian restaurants, less windy beach and Rhodes Harbour. Also, too close to the airport.

    The stay offered a lovely beach area with plenty of free sunbeds and clean surroundings. Fine seaside views from our balcony. Dinner experiences were inconsistent. While the Asian restaurant impressed, other areas fell flat with limited choices and mediocre quality. The rooms were comfortable but lacked sufficient storage space, impacting the overall convenience of our stay.

    Friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.

    I was disappointed with the dining options. The buffet closed at 9pm, leaving us with no food choices after a long day. An important detail, which should have been communicated, was that room service was not available. The lack of snacks around the pool was frustrating as well, especially given the hotel's 5-star claim.
